1. Once all the Tokyobay.app products are sold, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please do not buy if you mind!

2. If you find that the products are missing, wrong product or other delivery issues after receiving the order, please contact our customer service info@tokyobay.app within five days, if we find out that if it is caused by Tokyobay.app, the replacement of the product will be arranged, and the shipping fee will also be paid by Tokyobay.app. If you do not apply for return or exchange within five days, it means that the order is completed, and Tokyobay.app will not assume any legal responsibility and will not arrange any return or exchange.

3. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will refund to your payment account. Depending on the operating time of different banks, after the refund operation is completed, generally within 5 to 10 working days, the money will be returned to the bank card used for payment. If you pay with WeChat or Alipay, please check your account within 24 hours.
