Shipping & Payment

If you are unable to pick up your order at one of our partner stores, we can also deliver the order to your shipping address.

Japanese	From JPY ¥1,000 / Free over JPY ￥10,000
USA	From USD $15 / Free over USD $99
Canada	From CAD $15 / Free over CAD $99

We work with several well known carriers as in Canada Post, DHL, EMS and UPS. All our shipments include a track&trace number so you can follow your package.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted in your order form. Tokyo Beauty is not responsible in any way for any delays in delivery, lost or missing packages or any other errors made by the carrier. Tokyobay.app is not responsible in the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. If the package is returned to Tokyo Beauty due to the customer not picking up the package at a delivery point, the shipping fee for resending the order will be charged on the customer.

We use Stripe to handle all of our credit card transactions, they use industry standard best practices to ensure your credit card stays safe.
